Severe Weather Grips Britain

A White Christmas is the perfect setting for a classic gift card or for some a tidy pay-out by the bookies. However, as I’m sure you will all agree, Jack Frost has now outstayed his welcome.

As huge amounts of Snow falls over the UK and with temperatures dropping to way below zero, and that’s during the day, getting about and trying to maintain a business is being made harder, at present

We are fortunate here at MZ HQ that all our staff have been able to turn up and process all the web orders and currently have pallets awaiting collection. Unfortunately our couriers, coming from a far worst hit area than us, have been unable to collect from the warehouse for the last 2 days

DPD, our couriers, are doing all they can to improve this unusual situation but with the weather being as it is and with more on the way we are still unable to say when they will be in to collect all the already packed orders.

Obviously, orders have left our warehouse before they were unable to come in and collect but these also have been affected by this wondrous White stuff. For further information on the delays in your area, or to track a parcel, please click here to go to DPD’s website.

Visiting a store? - Some of our very own Modelzone stores may be affected by this weather so please ring ahead before making a special journey to ensure your local store is open.  For all our store information, please see the store locator.
